    1. Aslam o Alikum,
Thanks for your comments. Yes of course you can configure weblogic i.e. configure production parameters, deploy application, view performance graphs through Fusion Middleware Enterprise Manager. It is automatically configured when you install weblogic server. For tomcat you can simply visit apache website for parameters of tomcat web server.

    1. Hi Shravan Elluri,

Thanks for your appreciation. If you are planning to upgrade to 11gR2. Then you can install 11gR2 on a new system and migrate your forms, pll libraries and object libraries. and copy reports as it is. Should have backup of previous infrastructure.

I recommend upgrading to 11gR2 instead of 11gR1. 11gR2 has good management and administration features.

You can contact me in case of any upgrade issue. Further more you can join this site for future updates. I will be pleased to listen from you.

      Take Care
      Thanks

    4. Asalam o Alikum Mohsin,
ClassicDomain or mydomain or whatever you want to name your domain, it is a domain to contain all your managed servers like forms and reports and you can start and stop them from administration console.

  6. On x64 OS, you should ensure that your Path variable does not contain any entry with % sign. If it is there, remove that prior to commencing forms installation. If it is there, domain creation will fail.
